Know how hard to go today. Train with friends.
RunPack scores your recovery each morning against your own normal, tells you whether to push or take it easy, and shows your crew who’s fresh.
A morning score
From your watch — or a 10-second check-in on your phone.
Runs with your crew
Record with GPS. Routes, pace and photos — crew only.
Goals together
A weekly crew goal with live progress.
Watch & widgets
On your wrist, home screen and lock screen.
Every morning
One number, and what to do with it.
RunPack reads last night’s sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate from Apple Health and compares them with your last few weeks — not a population average. Then it says it plainly: push, a normal day, keep it easy, or rest.
- A score from 0 to 100, with a band from Poor to Prime
- Last night’s sleep against your usual
- Training load and ramp, so you see a spike coming
- “How this is calculated” explains every input

Your crew
See who’s fresh before the group run.
Start a crew and send the link. Every morning the crew gets one card: who synced, who’s freshest, who should take it easy. Set a weekly goal — 20 workouts together, or everyone checking in every day — and chase it as a team.
- A morning card and a notification when it’s ready
- Crew goals with live progress
- Streaks and a weekly recap
- Friends see bands like “recovery low” — never your numbers

Over time
Trends, not just today.
Recovery, training load, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate over 7, 30 or 90 days — with this week compared to last. Touch any day to see what it was.

At a glance
On your home screen, lock screen and wrist.
Widgets for the home and lock screen, an Apple Watch app with watch-face complications, and Siri: “What’s my recovery in RunPack?”

Questions
Is RunPack free?
Yes, for you and crews of up to 4: your score, check-ins, GPS runs, the crew feed, widgets and the Apple Watch app. RunPack Plus ($4.99 a month or $39.99 a year) is paid by one person and covers the whole crew: up to 30 people, route maps, photos and crew goals.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. With just your iPhone you record runs with GPS and do a 10-second morning check-in for your score. Garmin, WHOOP and Oura add sleep and heart data through Apple Health; Apple Watch gives the full measured 0–100 score.
What do my friends see?
Coarse bands — recovery band, training load, workouts and sleep to the half hour. Never your score, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, email or Apple ID.
Is it a medical app?
No. RunPack is a training tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything — if something feels wrong, see a doctor.
